HELP
I started the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels on the 1st of June... and was going to continue on with it for the entire month of June and get my smoking "shredded" results...
BUT since starting, and getting 10 days in, my back and left knee have been bugging me to the point of tears and I can't seem to push myself to keep motivated.
I'm heavily overweight and need to do something, but I don't have any motivation... I need help! And Support, and maybe a buddie to help me through this?
I'd love to be able to lose another 15 pounds before the end of the month, but.... I have a feeling that might be pushing it just a little bit too much.
Any other mommies want to join me in the fight to battle the bulge? (preferrably mommies who are in the 200lb range and 20's so they can relate to my fat body...but anyone is defo welcome! )
