Hello :)

I have been messing about nearly all year with Cambridge, gone from a size 28 to a size 18, 23stone to 17stone.

BUT im struggling! i need neeed neeeeed to get to goal of 11-12stone before i go newyork next year! :cry: i cant seem to get past day one [although as im typing this, i have so far done day one with no cheats!:happydance:]

So i was hoping, ANYONE/EVERYONE to give me some words of help or pictures of peoples major weightloss or ANYTHINGGGG!!! im begging you all please! to make things worse i would of been at my goal by now if i hadnt fo*ked about so much! :cry:

Youve proven you can

Times get hard, i can related. Things within your life get difficult, putting barriers up (Ive beeb there recently)

Just take it at your pace, setting smaller monthly targets are best, then feeling great youve done it.
Dont feel down if you dont reach your overall target by a set time, all that matters is you get there in the end.

(I wont be meeting my target, its cool, i know i will!)
