Need to vent

Hi all!
I just need to vent! I am on cd 3 and possibly starting my first round of clomid that is if my doctor ever returns my call!!!!
I called on cd1-as instructed spoke with a nurse and she told me that the doctor would be calling me on Thursday. Here we are Thursday and nothing! So I called and left another message with the nurse...still nothing!
I know I am probably being a pain but I left 2 messages today and nothing..I expect a nurse to at least contact me!
I am starting to get upset because I really want to try clomid and if we wait too long I will miss out this cycle!
Plus, I think all she will need to do is write a prescription out!
UGH! I know I am probably being unreasonable-but this is important to me!
I am sure the doctor is busy-but take the 3 minutes to respond!

Oh kittygirl I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN!!!!!! I hate when they do that!!!!! I know my FS is awesome but that is the only problem with that office getting ahold of someone!!!! For when scheduling my HSG I called 4 days in a row before I got a call back!!!!!!! So I'm going to start Clomid this month too and I've thought of calling before AF so I know I get the call back before the cycle. I live 1hr away so can't just show up to there office but if you can I would definitley suggest it. They should know what we are going through and know how important this is all. Can't they just pick up the freaking phone?!?!?!

But one thing, today is Veterans Day so maybe they are out for Holiday? Maybe? I tell you this because my FS office is. I was calling today because I got a HUGH BILL(which I have no clue why!!!!, and with my hormons the way they are I wanted to cry, and it said that the office was closed. So I'm hoping for tomorrow to call and it be open.

And I think you can take Clomid upto cd5. Here's for the office to be open tomorrow.

PS. Could you ask for them to leave it as refill? I know last time I took it, it was put in as a refill. Maybe that will be helpfull for next month. Or could you call your OB, I think they can prescribe them too.

You have every right to be fed up. It's ridiculous. If I didn't return a call at work, I could bet money on it that I'd be in trouble. Even if the nurse just called you to say she hasn't been able to speak to the doctor, at least you would know. And you aren't being a pain. You are trying to get them to do their job! I'd keep calling. Drive them nuts so that they'll call you back xxx

thanks for letting me vent!
the nurse just called to let me know that the doctor doesn't want to do it this cycle-so now I have to wait a whole month before starting the clomid!
I could cry! The nurse told me everything was all ready to go, the dosage, the script for the progestrone test, etc!
I guess this month will be a natural try...
Although, I think I am going crazy already with symptom spotting! My bb's are super sore, I am super achy, cranky and in the ladies room twice as much! And its only cd3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
its going to be a long wait!

I'm so sorry! I wish they hadn't gotten your hopes up only to finally tell you that they didn't want to do it this cycle. That must've been really frustrating!

WT...... Why coldn't they say that before?!?!?!?!? Why don't they want you to do it this month? Is there a reason? Well let's look at the brighter side that it will be AWESOME for it to happen natually so fingers crossed for that BFP and on the way
