negative urine tests, waiting for blood test

Hi Ladies,
I had urine test done in the hospital last week when I was 2 days late, but that was negative and now I'm waiting for blood results as still no AF. Feeling nervous for my results tomorrow, as I'm expecting it to be positive and will be crushed if it's negative.

Anyone else going through the same ???

Know it's possible, as this happened to me on my Son 2 years ago.
But didn't have urine test in hospital, are they more senative than home tests???

Urine tests at the hospital are not sensitive at all.I have heard most are 100 mIU because they don't want to get women's hopes up if it turns into a chemical so there is a good chance the blood test will come back positive even though the urine test was negative. Good luck!

Thanks Gina, been going crazy,coz I've got a few symptoms and don't know what to think.

Home test was negative again this morning.
Symptoms are as follows:
Heartburn
Nauseous
Extremely tired - to the point can't keep eyes open
Loose bowelmovements TMI
vainly boobs and tingles

Feeling so deflated, doctors are taking ages to get my blood test back to me xxx
