Nervous at 5 weeks and 5 days, any advice??

Hi, I got my on August 7th, my AF was supposed to show on August 11th, still no sign.....have been to the dr. twice for blood work, last visit at 5 weeks hcg level was at 6,579....but this weekend I didn't seem to notice much symptoms. I was having headaches, nausea, gas, bloating, irriratable, very tired....now it seems I do have to pee more often, headaches only slight, nausea slight, gas still there not as bad, little bloating, boobs a little tender (they weren't really before), still irriratable and tired.....took another test yesterday and test line showed before and darker than control line....I have a scan on Wednesday I am just nervous......

I'm sure everything will be just fine. I remember my dating scan at 8 weeks... I was sooo nervous (which just increased the nausea). I never took more than a few HPT's (just to confirm the positives I had)... but having a darker line should be a good sign. Your HCG looks great!!! Keep your chin up!! (Symptoms come and go, btw)

Hey hunni - don't be nervous please. All the symptoms are there to show that this pregnancy is going well for you - the fact your HCG levels was so good is a great sign.

I know it is hard not to worry - I am keeping absolutely everything crossed for you on Wednesday

austinsmom, thank you.....do the symptoms come and go really? that's what worries me the most.....

I know that things look great, and when I had my mc, they checked my hcg at 6 weeks and it didn't go over 600 something and I basically didn't have ANY symptoms the whole time.....I am just nervous....

I feel like I am being a big whiney baby.....and obnoxious!!

They really do come and go. I was one of the lucky ones who never got sick. But breast tenderness comes and goes... And you're not being obnoxious, you're gonna be a mommy!

Hi hun! You are definately not alone I'm scared crazy stupid right now and worrying over every little ache or anything! LOL I'm 5 weeks 5 days too!!!
