Nervous :/

Hey ladies I have an appt soon with my dr but wanted opinions. I woke up out of a dead sleep with my entire bump being sore and a really sore lower back. Now I'm getting more of a burning sensation in my pelvis like when I have a contraction and the stomach soreness gets worse to the point where I feel really sick. I'm also having like a mucousy discharge. Could this still just be prodromal labor?
