Nervously here

I just wanted to introduce myself. Some of you might have seen me around the boards, I've been in the M/C support forum for a little while. I'm so glad to be able to transfer over here! I went through a m/c in September (10 weeks, blighted ovum), and we waited to TTC until after I got my 1st period. Well, lo and behold, I got my BFP this morning! I was quite surprised, since it took us a while to conceive the first time. I had read all about how you're more likely to get pg afterward, I just didn't believe it. Anyway, I am *SO* nervous, I can't even be excited. I'm sure everyone here has gone through the same thing, from what I've read on this board already. I just can't wait to see our baby on an u/s, since last time was such an awful experience, being told there was no baby. I'm glad this place is here, I need this community. I look forward to learning from you all. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Here's to a sticky baby! (Wow, I reread what I wrote and BOY, I'm all over the place. I'm not normally this scatter-brained, really! )

congratulations cupcake momma! Its completely understandable to be nervous, the best thing to do is focus on this being a new pregnancy, taking each day at a time and keeping faith that eveything will be okay....wish I could take my own advise tho! I found it very hard to 'think' positive in the first few weeks so instead I took it upon myself to 'act' positive, eating really nutritious food, drinking lots of water, and getting fresh air. I told one close friend who I could share my worries with and used the forum to ease anxiety. Maybe you could try and get some early scans, it may help put your mind at ease.
