Afternoon ladies..

Amelia - 15th April at 11.53pm! :cloud9:

How are we all??

Lynds - Glad coop is finally sleeping through.. formula must be agreeing with him!! :happydance:

Has anyone else got a really fussy baby at the moment??
Amelia isn't feeding for longer than 10 minutes at a time.. and then she screams for ages.. but she doesn't want food, nor does she have wind.. I officially hate teething!! :growlmad:
She is still waking up like 3 times during the night :coffee: I'm so tired, and just find myself in a constant state of annoyance with anything and everyone!!

I applied for a job the other day.. receptionist at maternity wing of lincoln hospital, 34.5 hours a week.. we could really do with the money because I get no mat pay what so ever!
But we shall see, I really didn't want to go back into employment so soon but needs must and all that..

Is everyone enjoying their weekend?

Ive been hanging out the the may due dates girlies but i am infact and April mummy :D

Alexander David, 23rd April 6lbs 11ozs, hes now 11lbs 11ozs at 14 weeks :D
 
Ooo Good luck for the job Ash!! Sophie is the same with teething at the moment, scared to leave her with anyone as she is being very clingy, even cried when I had netball training the other night and Graham had her.

Ive never tried lobster before i really want to, does it taste the same as crab because i love crabbb :cloud9::cloud9:

Lucas is so the same it must be a breastfeeding thing !! Although to be fair he has a formula feed last thing at night and doesn't make hardly any difference, might get an extra hour tops.

Have you tried the dentinox teething gel ? Lucas loves it, he opens his mouth as soon as i show him the tube !!

Jacqui you look fab, wish i was going out tonight :nope:

Hannah maybe you could put 2009 in the title as I expect there will be a April 2010 thread coming along soon.......I can't believe this time last year we were all newly pregnant. Seems like such a long time ago.

How random is that! .. Someone must be running a muck on the forums!

Jac - you look fantastic!! I also wish I was going out tonight!!

Juliette - I had to give Amelia formula last night because she wouldn't stop crying, I've been giving her Calgel .. but it only seems to work for a very short time!! :cry:

Han - If I get the job I won't be breastfeeding, I still have a big supply of breast milk stocked away in a deep chest freezer! :happydance:

I've been looking for wedding venues today.. oh my gosh it is so hard! and expensive!! :growlmad::dohh:

Ohh thats good :) - maybe you could breastfeed a little? i miss it so much :cry:

:( i miss it, but its weird milk still comes out :| so i use it to calm her down while her bottles getting ready
 
Alex has been on and off fussy with his bottles aswell, never thought it could be teething. I jsut assumed that he didnt want his bottle....

I definatley miss BFing, when it was working for us i really loved it.

Definatley!! and kinda like the fact that when ava wee'd and poo and gaind weight i felt kinda proud like "Thats because i produced that milk WOW"

£7 every 3-4 days adds up to a lot of money :dohh:
