I still don't know what to think about it all, though!

I don't know either. On one hand I think its good for them to be free of all the restrictions, but on the other hand I don't know if New York City was a good choice to break from the Amish because it's so big! I would be scared to be on my own there, and I have been in the "modern" world my whole life. They are definitely brave!
