Yea, I agree. And they seem to get harder with each passing month. I almost wish I would not ovulate this month so I wouldn;t have to worry about it, cause it just hurts so much everytime I ss and then AF shows...

I am new to the forum and am officially on cycle 2 of ttc. Have been ntnp since September '08 and ttc off and on between now and then.

Today is cd4 and AF is on her way out...

Hope you are all well

Sorry I haven't been around much lately, we've been really busy!

Anyway, today I saw my FS who was able to confirm that it's my right tube that's currently blocked. He did an internal scan and was very pleased with my "beautiful" ovaries and happy that the standard of my eggs is not the issue here. I had lots of big follicles on both ovaries with the most dominant one currently on my right ovary. He doesn't see the blocked tube as a problem at all.

As my FS works for the NHS and the private sector also he's scheduled me for another internal scan on Saturday at the local private hospital to see what's happening before ovulation on Monday/Tuesday. He seemed very excited about the level of eggs on my ovaries and seemed pretty enthusiastic about everything!

The strange thing is (which I've googled to no avail) is that he said he'll make sure he's got his NHS prescription pad with him because he's most likely to prescribe Clomid as "it'd be a shame to miss this opportunity after the HSG". It's too late in this cycle for Clomid to be of any help so he's left me confused. I discussed it with my OH on the way home about other uses/doses of Clomid and wondered if a very high one off dose would cause multiple eggs to ovulate. Googled but found no answers at all so assume this isn't his plan. Guess I'll find out on Saturday!

I don't use OPKs but aren't they supposed to be as dark or darker than the control line for it to be positive?

I'd keep testing though, maybe you're going to ovulate earlier this cycle which can only be good can't it!

Cheeky ~ That is great news. I am not sure about the clomid information though, but I am sure that the FS wouldn't do anything that wouldn't help you if he was that excited. I hope something comes of it for you. fx'd for you.

As for me, since I do not use OPK's and just use CM to track ovulation (which is not always 100%, I know) I know I am getting close to O. Last night I noticed the first EWCM so ovulation will probably happen today or tomorrow. Unfortunatly for me we have only bd'd twice this cycle. Once towards the end of last week and this morning, but fx'd anyway. I know it only takes once but I always get nervous when we do not have enough time together to bd every other day. And things have gotten a little stressful financially, so if we do not get our BFP this month I think that we will take a break for a couple of months until we get our finances straightened out again. I have faith that everything will work out as it should.

What CD or DPO are all of you ladies on? I am now CD15 and normally I O on CD14, so AF may show her ugly head a little later than normal, we shall see, huh. Hope all of you are doing well and GL to all of you.

CD11 here, ovulation due between Sunday and Tuesday. Hopefully it'll be nearer Sunday as in laws arrive for 3 weeks on the Tuesday!

Would rather get all the BDing out of the way before they arrive

Hi ladies, I'd like to join you all, I'm 24 and this is my 5th month of trying (skipped last month) so I've been TTC since January. AF was on May 29 and I have 28-29 day cycles so today is CD 9 and I should ovulate between Friday and Sunday. Baby dust to all of us!

Hey Ladies. So I now have no idea where I am at in my cycle. AF is due to arrive on 6/15, but I did not pay attention to when I o'd and I am not symptom spotting this time around. I stopped keeping tack of when I was supposed to O because DH and I had not had a chance to BD all that much this month. But I will let all of you know whether or not the witch shows when she is supposed to.

Hey keepsmiling, we're going to ovulate around the same time and AF is due for us around the same time so can we be testing buddies? I know i'm gonna need somebody to keep me in check so i dont pee on a dozen sticks per day.
