new haircut

I had my hair cut today for the first time in about a year (I always seem to run out of time, so had to really make time for this appointment).
I'm really happy with it, even though it was just a trim, but I know tomorrow it will look all lank because of all the products they put on it to make it look lovely whilst you're there. So I'll wash it and then I won't be able to style it like they did for me today. Why can't my hair look like it does today, all the time?!

Awe, don't fret! No one's hair looks as good the next day as it did when they left the salon, no one's! I bet your hair looks lovely today and will look lovely tomorrow and the next day as well.

I can never recreate my hair to make it look like it's been 'done', so annoying!!!

Thanks Hardworknmama, I would love to say you're right, but today it looks pretty mediocre. Ah well, it felt lovely to be pampered
