New Here and Due in TWO DAYS!! (Sorry, long!)

Hey everyone! I stayed up all night last night on this site looking at threads that related to me, haha! I find sites like this so much more helpful than trying to google all the weird specific things that bother me! I'm due on the 24th but I honestly thought baby would be here by now. He dropped weeks ago, and apparently when I get my cervix checked she can feel his head. I had my membranes swept at 38 weeks, I was about 2 cm dilated, and nothing really happened except I appeared to have lost my mucus plug slowly for a few days after. I have another appointment tomorrow and I'm hoping she'll strip my membranes again and it'll work! I am so nervous about being overdue, and I am so impatient 'cause it seems like baby has been ready to go FOREVER. Also I am so uncomfortable because I am ALL BABY. I've gained over 50 pounds all ready and I am so done being pregnant! I have lots of random aches and pains all the time. Rolling over in bed is EXCRUCIATING because my pelvis hurts so bad! Anyone else experiencing this? And every time I think I'm having BH it almost always turns out to just be gas! I just feel like I'm not making progress and I'm starting to get kind of depressed.

First - 2cm dilation means that *something* is happening so take heart in that at least!

Second - the pelvic pain seems to be way more common than I thought it was, and if you look for threads on SPD or PGP you should find some tips on dealing with it. There is a thread in the pregnancy club section for sure on it

I totally relate the random aches and pains - the bottom of my bump just seems to ache every time I stand up and walk!

Thank you! Yes every time I get up and walk around I feel SO HEAVY like baby is gonna fall out onto the floor! And when he pushes on my bladder or my bum I often cry out and freak my boyfriend out haha. I just want him out all ready!!
