1st time posting here. I went to my new RE for consulation on Thursday and they did ultrasound that showed, what they thought, was an 18mm follicle. I went back today and it was up to 20mm, but my estrogen was down so now they are saying it was a cyst and not a follicle. Now they want me to start 2.5 mg of Letrozole, something I'm not familiar with. I'm nervous.. could they be wrong about that not being a follicle? The birth defect arguement has me concerned.. a lot to where I don't know if I want to take this pill. Any advice would be appreciated
