Hello,
My aunt has lost 7 stone through slimming world so she has given me her books and I'm going to try it.
But I don't know where to start?
Is it right that you have to have a green day and a red day? Or can you have green for dinner and red for tea? Or have tuna (red) and a jacket (green) for dinner??
Please help
