Its horrible isn't it! I've had it from 15weeks! Been told its only going to get worse! Which it has ! Some days are worse then others xx

It took me literally 5 minutes to turn in bed and I'm likely to get it again Might do the physio this time! Rocking on a exercise ball can sometimes relieve things xx

Yeah, I'm just waiting for my letter to go to physio, hopefully it will help me xx

Hi, congratulations on your little girl. I have a 2 year old girl and I am 22 weeks pregnant. I had SPD in my last pregnancy from 16 weeks, but haven't had it so far!! Keeping my fingers crossed!
