Hi there

Hoping someone can advise me. I was due to go back to work originally on Monday 11th February but with other things happening I told them at beginning of December I couldn't do this and I would be extending my leave by 3 weeks to March 4th return, meaning I would have 3 weeks unpaid. My smp stops now if you will. I also requested at same time reduced hours from 35 to 22.5 per week which they reluctantly agreed to.

Anyway I have since been offered a new job better hours, benefits etc, so I now need to hand my notice in. My notice period is 4 weeks and by end of feb I should have accrued 4 days holiday. So 4 weeks notice would take me past March 4th and holidays owed would they pay me 35 hour contract or new?

Hope that makes sense.....
