New to CBA

So I got my first peak today....instructions say not to test...I still have 2 IC with just lines...do I still test with those? Where do I go from here? Any suggestions? And if this is the wrong place to post I can't post duplicates....help anyone?

Oh and another question....the package insert of the CBS says you can ovulate 24-48 hours after you get a peak....my question is....is it possible to ovulate as soon at 12 hours after a peak?
