new to cloth nappy's help please!

I have just started using bambino mio cloth nappy's as my friend gave me a starter kit anyway! The way she showed me to fold them make her little legs really spread apart like the are so bulky that she can't close her little legs at all is there a fold that is just as absorbant but a little more comfy for her? It doesn't look good at all she can't even stand with help anymore because she's doing the splits lol thanks!!

is there any folding instructions with them honey?
i haven't used the bambino mios but i guess you could google prefold folds and see what comes up.

the instructions were a bit useless but good ol' google thank you! can't wait for tomorrow to see if it works better
