New to OPKs please help!

Long story short I have extremely irregular cycles with a lot of bleeding and spotting and have trying to use progesterone cream since spring but I never knew if/when I was ovulating. I've been using OPKs since 10/15 so this is all new. My question is about the 2nd test from the top (from 11:35 this morning- the top test is from 3:35 this afternoon). The dark curved line on the control of the 11:35 test is from my fingernail. Help please! I have been trying to check my cm but with the off/on bleeding it's hard. I'm guessing today is CD5 for me. The 2 "normal-ish" cycles I had recently were 22-23 days.

PS- I do have a son who is almost 4 but have had these issues before and after having him. I would like to conceive by the way.

Thanks. I already started my progesterone cream so hopefully I don't mess things up. I just got my new strips in the mail today... had to use dollar store ones for 2 days since I ran out. Anyway, I'm using the same brand as before (Wondfo) but these say "high sensitivity" and the line is much much clearer at the 5 minute mark. It's negative right now but I guess we'll see what happens...

I use the High Sensitivity Wondfo tests as well, got a nice dark line on CD17 & CD 18, which was exactly when I expected them. I love them!
