Hi Ladies
Just wanted to say hi as I'm new to the site and to share my experience so far (bit of info at the bottom).
Trying a few cycles of IUI (on cycle 2 now) before going to IVF (cycle 1 IVF will be July). Consultant less concerned about my low AMH and now more concerned about how thin my lining is (max it has got to is just under 6 at ovulation 2 cycles ago and is breaking down really quickly; my period is over and done now in 1.5 days). Cyclogest doesnt seem to have done much. Was on the pill for c 18 years following heavy periods so Im feeling pretty down that when I need them to be heavy, they seem to be stopping .! Anyone else experienced anything like this?
IUI last month was unsuccessful (used Clomid, which was probably not the best plan given the thin lining) so were trying Gonal F now for this IUI cycle in the hope that it will thicken things up. Has anyone had any experience with Gonal F and successfully increasing the lining? Taking baby aspirin too to see if that helps and my consultant said that we could try Viagra next cycle too to see if that has any effect!! Lining measured this morning and it's 6.4 (up on 4.5 2 days ago; go womb!). IUI is scheduled for tomorrow - 3 follicles ready to go (although need to inject the Ovitrelle this afternoon to stop a 4th one ripening up, which would cancel the whole treatment this month. Fingers crossed!

Me - 36. Low AMH at 2.1. TTC since Oct 2011. Accelerated to fertility treatment following AMH test in Jan/Feb 2012. On birth control from age 17 to 35 for heavy periods. Thin uterine lining since coming off Sept 2011 (periods v light and last only 1.5 days).
DH - 36. Count good. Anti-sperm anti-bodies on one sample.
Feb 2012: referred to RE. Hycosys etc all fine. Lining 6cm at ovulation.
Cycle 1 IUI (March 2012): Clomid, Ovitrelle trigger, cyclogest. Thin lining (5mm)
Cycle 2 IUI (April 2012): Gonal F (plus trying baby asprin)
