New to this, Help with the abbreviations please!

I've just found this website and I'm so looking forward to interacting with you guys and share experiences but first things first, I'm trying to work out the abbreviations, I've gathered that much that the BFP is big fat positive but there are soooo many! Can anyone help and tell me what they are please
