New to Website, just found out I'm pregnant

Hello everyone, I am very new to this website (just joined and 1st time actually posting and viewing posts). Tuesday I found out I was pregnant. I went to see my family doctor because of severe abdominal pain was waking me up in the middle of the night. I thought I was getting ready to start, but the doc told me otherwise (he, he...). I found out that I was pregnant and had a cyst on my left ovary. No other problems since, hopefully no more (crossing my fingers). I am very excited about the baby, but also very scared at the same time. This is my first pregnancy and came here for support and answers to my questions. I haven't worked out all week because I haven't really felt good when I got home. Hopefully I will have energy tomorrow to do some cardio (little scared to work out, afraid I might mess something up). Just been feeling tired and a little nausea, but other than that, I feel great. I can tell that I have put on a few pounds though. September 1, 2007 I quit smoking, thank goodness now cause it would have been really hard to learn that I was pregnant and still smoking (thank goodness for being smoke free). Anyways, I just wanted tell my little story, I hope I get to know some of you and get to share stories.

Hi! Congrats on your pregnancy! I'm new here too. My name is Mary and this is my 2nd pregnancy. When are you due around? Me, I'm due around July 27th (that I know of so far).

If you've been exercising regulary pre-pregnancy then you can keep exercising. Just don't start to push yourself more or harder. Keep the same pace.

Thank you all for the support, I really do appreciate it. I don't know my due date yet, I see the OB the 10th of Decemeber. I am guessing toward the middle or end of July, we'll see if I am right or not. Thanks again.
