While I've popped in on this thread from time to time, I'm going to start surfing it more frequently. Here is my story.

I'm 41 and have been TTC for 26 months. I have two grown DDs from my ex husband, but when I remarried in April of 2014, we began TTC right away since DH is childless, and I'd really like another child, too.

I've had 2 natural BFPs (one ectopic and one MMC at 9 weeks). I have extremely low AMH of .23. I've done the clomid cycles unsuccessfully. I've done one round of injectables with IUI unsuccessfully. I really can't afford a lot of medical intervention due to my insurance not covering any of it and the fact that DH and I both work in public service. DH's SA was fine, but it seems to regenerate fairly slowly based on his count at IUI after only a few days of abstinence. So, we don't do the every other day BD around O. We wait for 4-5 days before anticipated O and get one or two BDs in at that time. That has resulted in my 2 natural BFPs.

I've done some research on natural supplements and have added to my regimen with time. Currently, I am taking prenatals, Vits B, D, and E, DHEA, Omega 3-6-9, Maca, Ubiquinol, and baby apririn.

My AFs have gotten much lighter over the past year. So, I worry about lining, but some of the supplements are supposed to help with that. So now, I'm just praying, meditating, and taking my supplements.

Hi TTC74. So sorry about your miscarriages but it is encouraging that you are still getting bfps with low amh. I can tell you from experience that your lining may not be bad at all. You can't tell anything about your lining from AF.

When I was TTC #2, My periods got very light and short. Sometimes they'd barely last a day and I wouldn't even fill one pad, but when they checked on the ultrasound, my lining would be very thick--too thick really. It turned out I had a polyp that was causing the thick lining.

Does your dh take supplements too? Even though was good giving them a little boost never hurts. At the very least you might be able to bd a little more in your fertile window.

He doesn't take supps. I tried to get him to take some, but he said they made him sick. I may try to just get him on vits and some other supps. It was a very specific supp that was making him sick. So, maybe that was the problem. I know he'd try anything so long as he could still hold down food!

Aw, too bad they make him sick. If he's really interested in taking them, the bulk powder and liquid form of the main ingredients in a lot of the fertility vitamins are tasteless and cheaper. My dh got tired of taking all the vitamins, so I started putting the powder in his juice.
