Newbie here, could someone look at my ovia please

Hi ladies, this is my first time in the ttc section. We are ttc baby number 3! I came off the contraceptive pill end of September, had an October period like clockwork so i know my cycle is still 28days. I am not temping or doing ovulation tests as i think sometimes it can make you a bit crazy and I want to enjoy it this time and not be stressing too much. Anyway, could anyone look at my ovia and see when i likely ovulated and when I could test please? I had left pelvic pains on 7th and 8th Nov, does this mean I likely O'd then? Possibly! Did you check cm at all?

Hard to tell just from an app.
