Hi queen bee! I can totally relate about being afraid of being infertile :( My OH and I have been together for 5 years we've been NTNP for the last 2/3 years (I cant remember lol) and this is our first month actually planning it and doing BD around when I thought or am supposed to ovulate. Last year I had issues with my cycle, my period continued on for about 3 months until I finally went to the dr and she put me on the pill to get it back on track. Which did the trick! 7 months later and I've had a pretty regular cycle 30-34 days long. For the last few months I've been working out and eating healthier trying to get ready since I was a bit over weight and like said before being under or over weight sometimes has an effect on conceiving. Ok.. I'm done rambling!

Lots of baby dust to you! Gooooood Luck!!! :D

Thank you! I am hoping that things get a bit easier the more I get to know my cycles and body! I really cannot wait for my first born, sometimes its all I can seem to think about lol I wish you the best of luck on your journey !!

Hi! I'm new to this site too, although I have been TTC now for 3 months.

I have been trying to just live exactly as I was before TTC, I find that helps keep the stress down. I am not really doing anything different, other than taking prenatals. I have a drink occasionally, I play contact sports ... and I have definitely not stopped drinking my coffee either. So far it has helped me, but everyone is different.

I would also recommend you start charting your cycles and BBT. It's very helpful to get an idea of where you are.

Good luck!
