Hey all,

So last week I found out I was pregnant it came to a shock especially to the father. But he was being very supportive. Then things changed. I lied about my past (I didn't think it was a huge deal because it was in the past) and he completely changed. He would call me names and threaten not to be apart of the babies life if the baby didn't have his last name. I am really upset. Last night he texted me saying he was sorry and it was his fault which he didn't do before. He can be a really nice guy its just when he gets of his rampages that get to me.

Should I try to work things out with him or do you think that he will do these things again?

Thank you

 welcome and congrats.

I think only you can make the decision of whether to forgive him and try and work things out with him. If he has 'rampages' often then he needs to work that out before baby arrives. It is a scary time for both the mum and the dad when you find out you're pregnant, particularly if it wasn't planned, so you have to be a bit more 'forgiving' as such. But don't, obviously, let him walk all over you. Dads do get stressed about how they are going to support their new family, etc just as the mum does. Sounds like he's just not sure right now. Talk it through and make your decision then. :flower:

Welcome and congratulations!

I don't think I could have put it any better than Laura! I hope things work out :) :hugs:

Yes couldn't of put it better then the above poster :)
BUT you shouldn't of lied to your man either, even if it was just something about your past it still matters :D
