Newly pregnant no2

Hello everyone

I've not been on this side for a while, not since I had my daughter 2.5 years ago. I found out on Friday I'm 6 weeks pregnant, we were ntnp, I feel sick as a dog!
I had some bleeding on Sat so went to the epu today and all is well I saw the tiny lil heartbeat so it's all a bit real now.
It's wonderful and we're very happy but now we need to figure out the logistics of a new baby and what will be a 3 year old.
I hope we all have a great next few months.
