Nexplanon removed

Hi ladies! I'm new here and to the whole ovulation testing thing. Ok so I'll give you some of my background. I had my nexplanon removed on Aug 6th after having it a year so me and DH could TTC. I bought some ovulation test the same day and started taking test 2 days later. There was a light line but definitely not a full positive. I started spotting on that Saturday and Sunday was very heavy. By Monday it was gone. For the last week I've had some pretty bad cramps and increased CM. I did an ovulation test the last 2 days and its positive. Yay! So I guess my question is how long after having nexplanon removed did it take to get pregnant?

I had mine removed on the 13!! My doctor told me that it is highly likely to get pg a week after removal.
I had implanon removed a month prior to conceiving my son 2 or so years ago and was pregnant very early after removal. Just depends on your system and hormones.
