next af when ??

Hi just a quick question i know they you should get your af between 4-7 weeks after a m/c ,but is that from when it startrs or when it ends mine went on for 3 weeks so do i expect af 4-7 weeks from the start or when it ended.
sorry if this is an obvious one .

also just found out my neice is pregnant and although i am very pleased for her ,it has made me sad, and now i feel selfish for thinking like this .

It was exactly 28 days from the start of my 1st miscarriage to when AF turned up.

It has now been 20 days since the start of my 2nd miscarriage so waiting for her again. Cant wait

Becky. I know what you mean about hearing others are pregnant. It is really tough and I feel selfish about it too, even though I know it's normal. You're not alone.

I m/ced on Sept 24. I dont know if I had an AF in Oct... it's Nov and I still haven't gotten one. No positives either. Hate to be so out of control.

I got my period 7 weeks after my miscarriage started. They say you have to stop bleeding totally before you can call it a period but that didnt happen to me. I spotted right up until my period. No need to feel like the answer is obvious because it is anything but obvious. Everyone is different and your cycle might be wacky for a bit. I felt like I was living in someone elses body for months because I always felt very in tune with myself before my miscarriage.

I totally understand your feelings when others announce their pregnancy as well. I am happy for people that get pregnant but feel like I want to find the nearest closet to sit in and cry.

Hello! I am on day 41 from when I started bleeding. I bled for 13 days, so I'm a little confused too!
All of this really does take a toll on your body...good luck to you all
