Hi all.
Not sure how these journals work so I'm going to try and sum up our journey so far here.
Been ttc for over 2 and half years, I'm 28 DH 37.
Me: healthy, all tests normal
DH: 1st SA = less than 2million (but not sure just how less than!)
2nd SA = 0 count
3rd SA = 0 count
DH has both testicles retracted as a young child, not sure if this has impacted. His u/s showed no blockages, and his bloodworks tell us that he is producing enough hormone to 'push' his sperm out.
Doc has now requested that we see a councillor and then if we want to continue a testicular biopsy to try and aspirate some sperm. From there hopefully moving on to IVF. Everything she's said so far makes me think that maybe the biopsy would be a waste of time tho...?
I don't know very much about the journey upto this point though, so anyone who has been through the same, or similar journey I'd love to hear your experiences.
Thanks for sharing, babydust to all xx
