I think my LO has night and day mixed up, she won't sleep for more than 2hours at night but during the day will happily sleep for 4hours at a time.....
Has anyone else had this problem?
I really don't know what to do, the HV said to wake her up during the day and feed her more frequently. So i tried this yesterday and her i how last night went...
Feed at 12midnight, slept until 2:40am....diaper change, feed and she wasn't even remotely tired so i was up until 6am trying to get her back to sleep!!
Finally she nods off at 6am (on my chest so i had to stay awake the whole time trying to calm her
) and then she sleeps until 8am.....
I need more sleep!
Does anyone have any tips or advice?
p.s I have tried swaddling and putting my top in her crib (putting her down doesn't seem to be the problem its the getting her to stay asleep part...)
