Nipple Question

How do you know when to move to the next size up nipple? My boys are only 3 weeks old but it takes about an hour to drink 4 oz and they often fall asleep in the middle of a feed. Dunno if this is normal

What brand teats are you using?

I'm not sure. I just bought some cheapie bottles from Walmart and they're the nipples that came with the bottles.
