Nipples...

I got in the shower and then got out and was drying off. And noticed that on the end of my nipples there was little white specs on them.

Anyone else have these and what are they?

Dont stress, i have got the same thing happening to me every now and again, the white spots are normal young girls also get it as it is just your normal woman proses that you go thru, and if you are using medication, read what side effects it can have. I found out from my gyni the small bumps i have around my nipples is there for when you fall pregnant so your nipple can just get bigger. when i was pregnant they went away and 3 days after i had the stilborn i had my spots back so. nothing to worry about. O and your nipples can also change according to season, when it is winter mine get very dry, get some vaseline and just rub it on. But never try and pop the white spots on your nipple as you can damage your nipples.
