No access to News and Debates?

Who has access to this section? I actually can't find it anywhere but I have a few friends who post there. When I was sent the link, this is what it said:

To protect our members; certain functions are restricted to new members until a certain level of activity is maintained on the forum.

You may have not of activated you account yet. You can do this by clicking on the link that was sent to your email account when you signed up (to have your activation email resent Click Here).

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

for some reason there were members that weren't automatically granted access (not sure why this has happened but I have entered a handful manually). I will go grant you both access now

Okay I've gone in and manually granted you both access. It may take a few minutes for the server to update but you should be able to access it soon

Once you have access it is in the Groups & Discussions area
