hello im so sorry for your loss! i dont know if i can help much but i think temping is great to track ovulation. if you go to www.fertilityfriend.com you can learn loads there and input your temperature every morning. I dont really get ewcm so i cant tell by my cm when im ovulating also i sometime miss my lh surge on opks so my best attempt was temping, it explains everything on the website, Good luck sending lots of babydust your way
