No heart beat

Was there a heartbeat at the first scan? To be totally honest with you I'm surprised they are testing hormones if there is no heartbeat. I would have thought they would re-scan you instead.

You could try calling the hospital to double check whether you can have another scan?

Ohhh.... so sorry to hear! I had that experience when I was ttc my 2nd too...no heartbeat at 10 weeks. I really wanted that 2nd baby and was devastated to lose it. I can imagine how awful you feel. HUGS!!
