So today I did the Jilian Michael's DVD no more trouble zones. I've done the 30 day shred a few times and loved it but have got out of the habit so I'm really motivated now to get fit, trim and lose some lbs as well!
The 30DS worked really well for me but I needed a change and blimey NMTZ is intense. It's awesome and I'm feeling really positive after doing it.
Anyone else done this or thinking of doing it? You can download it I think off youtube but I bought the DVD. xx
