No O?

Hi all!

I had a dom follicle on monday and thought I would have O'd by now.
My follicle was 20mm on monday cd 16 and its now cd 19 and I still have not BBT rise or positive OPK.
I am so upset.

I posted a picture of the follicle sizes because I had some other smaller ones.

Can someone please help.
What is going on?

Hello! Not sure if I can be much help but I wouldn't stress too much if you haven't ovulated yet. Your follies can keep growing a bit then release... Did you have a trigger shot? I would be more concerned if you had a trigger shot and hadn't ovulated yet. I had a dominant follie of 27mm and used the trigger shot and still didn't ovulate for two days after the shot. Wishing you lots of luck and babydust! Looking at your chart today I see the eggwhite cm and that looks like a good thing? Another question... When do your normally ovulate?

Also, I didn't get a positive opk until the day after I ovulated this cycle.
