no password box when trying to log in?

Trying to log in on laptop. Box for username but no box appears for password entry. Help please!

Look for a thread not very far away from here entitled 'can't log in on laptop' - someone has kindly explained it there, and I've just followed the instructions and got in after trying for three days!
