No poo!

Hello girlys. Need some reassurance.

Olivia hasn't done a poo for over 3 days now. I know they can go up to 10 days, but is it normal that it happens where they don't go all of a sudden? Before this she would go at least once a day...more usually 2-4 times.

Also...her bottom burps are more smelly than they used to be - is this something to worry about??

no worries at all. Olivia will just be settling into a new pattern! Just as you think you have the hang of what your baby does, they change plans!!

The gas can change depending on what you have eaten that day and the day before, and on how long it has been lurking around in there iykwim.

Its fine for up to 10 days between poos, but make the most of it, my lo is 10 months now and they are horrendously smelly now he has food, and 2-3 times a day!!!

Ellis was exactly the same at that age, he would go every 2 -3 days and it was explosive!! And the farts, they were nuclear!! He then setlled into a routine of going every morning but has now started going a few times a do (We think he has started to teeth) It is common at this age and as lilisuze suz, make the most of it. I changed my 13 month old nieces poo-y nappy the other and I gagged whereas Ellis's don't get me x x x
