no poop for 3 days

Is this normal? Or should I be worried? We are currently using dentinox for colic and baby is 4 weeks old

On formula anything upto one poo a week is considered normal.

If it happens again only take action if baby seems uncomfortable and then you can try :

Massaging belly, bicycling their legs, 20 ml of cooled boiled water.
