No symptoms at 12 weeks

I have my 12 weeks scan in a couple of days and feeling really anxious about it. The last few days I've felt no symptoms at all and even my tummy feels smaller... This is my second pregnancy. Has anyone else felt like this??

I just wanted to let you know its perfectly normal because by 12 weeks the babies placenta has fully taken over so you are no longer responsible for the extra progesterone because the baby is making its own now. It's a good thing. Enjoy it

Hiya, this is my second and I've had no symptoms so far. With my dd he pregnancy was exactly the same and I had no symptoms through the whole pregnancy. Don't panic, it's not necessary to have symptoms to have a healthy pregnancy xx

Things didnt start till 15w with #1 even then i thought i just had a tummy bug i didnt find out i was pregnant until 19 weeks.
