No temp shift?

Hi!

I should have ovulated between CD 11 and CD 13. Today is CD15. This is my first month of tracking BBT and I have had no temperature shift yet. I don't have fertile CM at all but have sticky/creamy before and after my fertile window. I don't know what to think.

Help? Can the temperature shift occur a few days after O? Can I not be ovulating.. then how/why are my cycles so regular? Been off the pill since April.

Did you test if you had an LH surge by using OPK's?

I didn't use OPK's this cycle because I read that it doesn't guarantee you have ovulated. I did have positive OPKs in previous cycles. I'm not worried about the specific day so much as if I am ovulating at all.

I would do a combination of OPKs, temp, and CM. I get multiple positive OPKs, however when I'm actually ovulating, it is super dark. Also, Evening Primrose Oil helped me have EWCM for the first time ever last month. That also helps confirm ovulation. I have rises in temp sometimes, unrelated to ovulation, so having the other two helps confirm. There is such thing as a fallback rise or a slow rise in BBT as well. As far as you not ovulating, I hear ovulation troubles are very common after birth control, but I don't know with your cycles being so regular as is I never had regular, short cycles myself.
