Non-Stick or Silicone

Hi,

I have another question: What do you think is better? A non-stick metal cake tin or silicone one?

Metal every time for me - I have tried literally every type of silicone out there and IMO there's always something "not quite right" about anything I've baked in it. I use silicone for fruit and milk jellies, terrines etc now.

for baking I think non stick is the best, have tried various silicone moulds and can't get the same results I get from metal tins x

Non stick for me also. I have never got on with my silicone giant cupcake mould but then used my metal tin and it was so much better
