Normal Rice at 6 months?

Am i ok to give this now? I cook alot of chicken/beef and rice dishes with different sauces etc and i am doing one tonight and was wondering if Connah could have some too?xx

As in white rice? Its okay anytime as that is obviously what baby rice is made from, its just flaked up for that!
