Not eating as much?

So LeeAnne has been eating about 3-4oz every 3-4 hours but the last 24 hours she's only taking about 2-2 1/2oz and then seems to be content and falls asleep..is this normal to decrease that much at 3 weeks age??

Its fine as long as she is having lots of pees... Im glad she is starting to settle for you.

As long as she is content with it and like Ryder said going to the toilet ok then just go with the flow, i found the first few weeks were a bit hit and miss tbh, sometimes she's drink 4oz then others she'd only drink 2oz.

They soon work out how much they want and settle a bit hun

Same as the others said really. Hannah's milk intake has always fluctuated and at times gone quite low but she's always had plenty of wet diapers and gained weight etc.

yeah i agree with vickie... I suspect some days they are just hungrier than others... like us

I remember worrying at one point though cos she would take like 4oz from 7oz bottle offered to her.... but like others have said as long as shes got plenty of wet nappies etc everything is fine

agree with the girls! as long as she's happy, contented and producing nice wet nappies, i wouldn't worry to much x
