Not feeling baby?!

I'm starting to feel a bit of movement after lunch for about a half an hour, and after dinner for about the same. I wish he moved more...or I felt him more. I was told my placenta is anterior, so maybe that has something to do with it?

All I want is to feel him move. I feel like it will feel more real when he does. I haven't even bought a thing yet (but will have a baby shower--but still want to buy a few things:()

I only feel my little Girl at night when I'm laying down.. had my gender scan yesterday and her legs were crossed with her foot over her bum.. so had to go for a walk where I ran and jumped lol

She had moved enough but she's the laziest baby on every scan I have. My placenta is at the back.. I'm overweight so my guess for me is it's that.

I have a doppler so if I'm ever worried I always find her heartbeat right away.

I'm in the same boat. I THINK I feel movement sometimes. But it's just like one or two pokes and that's it, then it's gone. Nothing for me to really focus on and say that's baby! I just wish the little one would move around so I would know everything's ok! :)

So when I was around 16 weeks I started feeling little flutters and what not, now I feel absolutely nothing. I know she's still ok in there because I heard her heartbeat today, but it worries me that I haven't felt anything.
I asked today what position my placenta was, because I thought maybe it was anterior, and she said it was posterior, and I should feel her moving soon.
Is this normal? :( I just want to feel her move!

She's also a very lazy baby, on my anatomy ultrasound she wouldn't move, and had her legs crossed, so I went for a gender scan the next day. I drank OJ and had a sugary breakfast and she was still barely moving, just squirming when we were poking at her. :haha:

Hey hun im on my 2nd child and only started feeling at 20 weeks xx so i think its all good:hugs:

Hiya

Im on my 4th & although I think I have felt LO move the last few days, im not sure yet?

Was same for me, felt rare flutters but after week 20 I feel it all the time, most in the evening when I want to sleep! :)

Thank you! My MW told me not to worry until at least after 22 weeks. I'm also overweight, but I thought that would only matter for people feeling on the outside

I'm glad it's not just me :) I'm only nearly 17 weeks but I'm sick of everyone else talking about their kicks and me not having any. Can't wait for it to happen but I imagine I'd be more freaked out if I'd felt it once and then not again for ages :/

Oh I definitely feel movement now, its almost like bubbles popping. I was getting impatient too not knowing what to expect since its my first.

See I felt movement, now nothing! But I think a lot of it is that she sleeps ALL the time! She hardly ever moves on scans or anything. Sometimes I think I feel stuff, but it doesn't feel the same as before.
