Hey ladies I just wanted to share my experience that ended in me getting AF. I'll post my chart as well. My TWW symptoms were: sore/sensitive nipples, little bit of swelling in feet, gas and bloating, some AF like cramps, triphasic chart, vivid dreams including 2 dreams that I was preg, some spotting(turned out to be pre AF), creamy/lotiony cm. I read that taking 750 mg of Vit C it can help with infertility so I tried it and saw a difference in LP(appeared to lengthen it) but I suddenly stopped taking Vit C(don't know why just did). I didn't do OPK because of funky work schedule.I did vaginal temps. I did not exercise as much as I should've due to a cold. I did not eat as well as I should have due to same reason. I did not do a HPT so I won't get a disappointment. I didn't chart every symptom. I did elevate hips. Didn't dtd much due to both of us having a cold
What I am doing differently: I will temp vaginally. Continue Vit C until/if I see AF again. Exercise more often. Eat better. Chart every symptom. Will continue to elevate hips. Find romantic/sexy ways to dtd.

Sounds like you're doing everything right! The also got me last cycle and am just ending AF right now. I still have quite a few days before I ovulate and am changing up a few things this time that I didn't do last time, for example keeping my hips elevated for longer. Good luck to you!
