well we have a beautiful just turned six year old little boy called Lewis. I used to come on here as a TTC'er but i left as it all became too much. Cutting it short we had trouble getting caught and i went for tests. Everything came back fine with me but my other half has a low sperm count. So again cutting it short it is hard for us to conceive, not impossible, but hard..

I guess i'm not sure if i belong in the lttc#2 catagory or ttc still??
Its been 2 years ttc and an additional 6 months ntnp as the 'ttc' became too much..

any conversations or questions welcome, suppose im back for someone to talk too..

wow.. hi hun, thanks for your reply.. 6 years is a long time isnt it.. makes my 2 n a half yrs sound short.. how old is your dd/ds? its a very frustrating/emotional process isnt it... do u know why its hard for you to conceive or? xxx

I wish i had a reason but we are both fine..our ds is almost 9 we conceived him first try and that really frustrates me i think after 2 years you change..its so hard! The first two years you have more hope..mines fading by the month..im 31 now so im gonna try ivf again next year and if that doesn't work im giving up.i want my sanity back which i seemed to have lost years ago lol

yeah sure, i cant begin to imagine how you feel.. i feel very frustrated and like i dont believe we will ever conceive again because it would of happened already. i dont like to give up hope but i feel false hope is awful. we also caught for my son easily, he wasnt planned, i was a teen mum. im now 23 approaching 24 and feel pressured because of people constantly commenting on us having more children n tht we should of had at least 2/3 by now. Some people are so insensitive. I'm more than happy with my son, but i feel my family would be complete with one more bundle of joy.

I mean i appreciate some people cant have one.. but like u say, to know you can do it once, and to struggle to do it again.. it hard to accept.. ive practically found out i am lucky to even have my son. as our chances are so low..

hes currently taking a number of recommended supplements, and hes a very healthy eater. hes cut out drinking too apart from occasions.. birthdays etc.. he does smoke but is trying to quit and has successfully cut his intake down dramastically. its just one big waiting game isnt it..

do u think i can class my time ttc as 'lttc' or?

Yeahi think so hun..after 18 months i came to the ltttc section xx
my hubby has stopped smoking thank god i never did..i don't know what else to do..im really at a loss x

I'll bet you are. i dont smoke either, nor drink again only on birthdays etc.. not even then sometimes as im the driver so i much prefer to drive there and back. It is something that can take over your life isnt it. I dont find it easy to discuss it with people close to me. I can talk with my nan, but not entirely as i need to sometimes. I guess we just gotta keep hoping xxx

Crazy busy here. When it rains it poors! Had a loss back in sept, but nothing before or after. Feeling good about this month, but then I always do in the begining! lol Good bd pattern though. Sad that out of everyone on our old thread we were the only 2 not to get our bfp.

to be honest no im not.. its weird.. i dont 'hope' no more.. im a skeptic nowadays.. been here soo many times i just think nothing of it now.. im normally like clockwork but there have been times where ive been a day or two late. ive had sore boobs, felt gassy, and strangely i brushed my teeth this morning and my gums just started bleeding (not sure if thats a sign though) ahh i dunno.. lol how ru feeling hunny?

Well fxd for you I know what you mean.

My ds was sick, and now I have caught it So I am sure my temp will start to go up because of that. I'm just hopeing that I don't get it too bad.
