Not sure if pregnancy symptoms or just weird symptoms of something...

Lately I have been having this bad heartburn feeling, but in my throat. It comes and goes, but is there for most of the day.. What could it be???

Is that more like reflux? I have never really known the difference but I got it very early in my 2nd pregnancy (from 10dpo)... but then sometimes it can also be caused by diet so possibly not a reliable symptom.

When can you test?
